Quotations issued by us are valid for the period stated therein and are subject to confirmation of stock and specification. An order is considered confirmed only upon our written acknowledgement of a purchase order.

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be specified on the quotation or invoice and are to be honoured as agreed.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruptions or force majeure events.
5. Warranty & Returns
Equipment is covered by the warranty terms specified at the time of sale, if any. Claims for damage, shortage or defect must be raised in writing within the period noted on the invoice, accompanied by supporting documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our equipment.

These communications may include quotations, order and dispatch updates, product information, service notices and occasional company announcements.
